CSTB seeking input from Hillsborough Business Owners & Job Seekers
Tampa, FL- – CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB) is seeking input from Hillsborough County employers and job seekers as part of an annual State of the Workforce Survey. The survey will ask employers and job seekers about the employment landscape in Hillsborough County.
The survey will ask various questions about the type of businesses in the County, the number of staff, the age of the company, hiring needs, and top hiring tools, among other things. A separate survey will ask job seekers questions such as where they live and where they work, they will also be asked about various CSTB programs, services, and website.
“The information is being gathered as part of a strategic goal for CSTB and to help enhance our services to the business community,” said John Flanagan, CEO and President of CSTB. “In addition to a business survey, we are also surveying the job seekers so we can better understand their employment desires.”

Only one survey per employer and job seeker should be filled out. The survey will be open until June 30, 2022.
Information for the survey will be used by CareerSource Tampa Bay to determine if any changes, additions, or adjustments need to be made to services provided to the businesses and job seekers.
