2023 Community Resource Fair

CareerSource Tampa Bay will be hosting a Community Resource Fair on Monday, November 6, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the CSTB Tampa Center, 9215 N. Florida Ave., Suite 101, Tampa, FL 33612. The event is open to all Hillsborough County residents and will allow residents to gain information regarding various community resources available throughout Hillsborough County. 

Several CSTB Community Partners will be in attendance including:

• Success 4 Kids and Families
• University Area CDC
• Abe Brown Ministries
• Healthy Start Coalition
• Division of Blind Services
• Job Corps
• Housing & Education Alliance
• Department of Children and Families
• Lighthouse for the Blind
• Florida Education Fund
• Metropolitan Ministries
• Positive Spin, Inc.
• Enterprising Latinas
• Agency for Persons with Disabilities
• Hillsborough County Public Schools
• Gulf Coast Jewish Family Community Services

Additionally, for those individuals who want a little extra assistance with their employment search, CSTB will be scheduling two in-person Employability Skills Training Workshops:

• From 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., a “Crafting a Marketable Resume” workshop will be offered prior to the start of the fair
• Following the fair from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., a “Creating an Effective Cover Letter” workshop will be offered.
