Procurement Opportunities

Effective March 10, 2022, CareerSource Tampa Bay will post all RFPs and RFQs through the Florida Online Bid System now identified as BidNet Direct.

BidNet Direct advertises and manages our formal procurement opportunities. You must register with BidNet Direct in order to view the official solicitation documents. Vendors currently registered to this system do not need to re-register separately for CareerSource Tampa Bay.

You may choose to register for free or pay an annual subscription fee:

• The “free” option requires you to manually check the website and search for open bids. This option does not provide a notification to you.
• The “paid subscription” option allows you to register, set up email preferences and then if anything comes through that pertains to the specific commodity codes you selected, you will receive an automatic notification from BidNet Direct. This is a great value to the vendor/contractor if they cannot commit to searching on a weekly basis for procurement opportunities.
