Employer Tool Kit

Employer Toolkit

Attracting and growing good jobs is key to an employer’s ability to attract and retain qualified talent.  It is also critical to a local community building a strong economy and creating opportunity for all workers in Tampa Bay.

CareerSource Tampa Bay has developed an employer tool kit with various resources to assist the employer in assessment of their Good Jobs framework, establishing targets or improvements for their Good Jobs image to local job seekers and assist with attraction and retention.

Good Jobs Dashboard

The Good Jobs Dashboard provides an overview or scorecard of the key elements or pillars established in CareeSource Tampa Bay’s Good Jobs Framework.  Currently, the Good Jobs Dashboard reviews and includes information from an employer’s Employ Florida registration and any job position posting(s).  A supplemental survey was developed to capture added elements or information to capture all elements of the CSTB Good Jobs Framework fully.  If an employer partner has not completed the CSTB Supplemental Good Jobs survey, the employer may do so by clicking the link below. Soon, the CSTB Good Jobs team will offer Hillsborough employer partners a third way to provide Good Jobs information through a stand-alone Survey.

Good Jobs Dashboard

Good Jobs Data collection for the Dashboard

Employers will need to submit their Good Jobs information for data collection to support a Good Jobs assessment and a summary report by completing either of the following two data collection approaches:

Complete steps 1 and 2.

Employ Florida and Supplemental Survey

Step 1: Hillsborough employers are invited to complete or fully update their employer registration within the Employ Florida MIS system. Employers can get started by clicking the link below or scheduling an assessment with the CSTB Good Jobs business services team.

Step 2:  Complete the CSTB Good Jobs supplemental survey, which will be aggregated with Employ Florida data to complete the Good Jobs assessment.

Good Jobs Employer Survey: We invite all employer partners participating in the Good Jobs Initiative to assist in our research by completing this survey.  The survey takes roughly 10 minutes to complete and can be accessed here: Employer Survey.
