Careers and Coffee 2.0

Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee courtesy of CANDO while engaging with CSTB career coaches for free resume evaluations. This is an open house event where CSTB is inviting job seekers to come in and meet with staff and attend training while at the same time enjoying a cup of coffee. 

Other services being made available that day include two Employability Skills Training Workshops (Creating an Effective Cover Letter at 9:00 a.m. and LinkedIn: Getting Started & Beyond at 2:00 p.m.), an opportunity to explore different careers via virtual reality, and the chance to have a headshot made for social media or other purposes by the CSTB marketing team.

All members of the community are invited to join us. Participants in the Careers & Coffee event need to be registered with the statewide employment marketplace, Employ Florida, and are encouraged to complete that process prior to their visit.
