CSTB Hosts Community Resource Fair for Hillsborough County

~CSTB and Fifth Third Bank to host the event open to all Hillsborough County Residents~

 

TAMPA, FL – CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB) will be hosting a Community Resource Fair on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the CSTB Tampa Center, 9215 N. Florida Ave., Suite 101, Tampa, FL 33612. The event is open to all Hillsborough County residents and will allow residents to gain information regarding various community resources available throughout Hillsborough County.

The Community Resources Fair is being held to allow people to learn about resources available in Hillsborough County that may help in their employment, career development, and social service needs. The Fifth Third Bank Financial Empowerment Mobile called the eBus will be at CareerSource Tampa Bay’s comprehensive center throughout the event. Fifth Third’s eBus is open to the community. The 40-foot bus, retrofitted as a mobile classroom, is equipped with personal computers and satellite technology.

Hillsborough County residents will be able to board the eBus for the following services:

• Credit reports and scores and a report review with a professional banker

• Personal evaluation of finances

• Financial education modules

• Internet banking and bill payment tutorials

• Online job searches

• Online account openings

In addition to Fifth Third Bank, other partners include:

Dress for Success, Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough, Vocational Rehab, CDC of Tampa, Metropolitan Ministries, AMI Kids Tampa, Positive Spin, Division of Blind Services, Tampa Bay Works for Women, Pearlena’s Resource Empowerment Center, Florida Education Fund, Tampa Lighthouse for the Blind, Seniors in Service of Tampa Bay, Gulf Coast Jewish Family & Community Services, and many more!
