Hillsborough Businesses invited to attend Virtual Best Practice Forum on Attracting & Retaining Top Talent

TAMPA, FL – The Alliance for Workforce Innovation, in collaboration with CareerSource Tampa Bay, is inviting Hillsborough businesses to participate in a virtual forum focused on attracting and retaining top talent. The event, titled “Leveraging Job Quality to Attract and Retain Top Talent,” will take place on Thursday, August 24th from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm (Eastern Time).

 

In today’s competitive job market, organizations must employ innovative strategies to attract and retain the best talent. This informative session will explore how improving job quality can be a game-changer in achieving this objective. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about job quality principles, success stories, and strategies implemented by leading companies across the country to enhance job benefits beyond just pay.

 

Renowned experts, Sarah Kalloch and Dr. Byron Clayton, will headline the event and share their insights and expertise on the subject matter.

 

Sarah Kalloch, the Executive Director of the Good Jobs Institute, is on a mission to help companies thrive by improving job quality and creating “good jobs.” With a stellar academic background, including magna cum laude graduation from Harvard and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, Kalloch has been featured in esteemed media outlets such as The Atlantic, The New York Times, and INC Magazine, showcasing her expertise and the Good Jobs Institute’s business case for good jobs.

 

Dr. Byron Clayton, Chief of Sector Partnerships at CareerSource Tampa Bay, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in workforce innovation.
