~ One Stop Operator will coordinate and expand existing community partnerships and monitor metrics, procedures, and customer satisfaction for our centers~

TAMPA, FL – CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB) recognizes Paul Casebolt as our new One-Stop Operator (OSO) for CareerSource Tampa Bay. Casebolt has 20 years of professional experience, spanning higher education, nonprofit, and workforce development, including the oversight of a $250,000 workforce development grant in a previous position. Throughout his previous work experience, Casebolt has often served in roles requiring partnership and community building.

As the OSO, Paul will help expand and maintain CSTB’s community partnerships and ensure that CSTB’s centers comply with all federal, state, Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act, and CSTB policies in the provision of services. He will also monitor metrics and procedures related to customer satisfaction service referrals, customer traffic flow, and policy changes.

Casebolt was most recently the Coordinator of Career Services at CSTB’s Tampa Center on North Florida Avenue. He was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Resource Room at that location and the free Employability Skills Training Workshops. He helped to implement a reorganization of the Resource Room at the Tampa Center to provide customers with better support for the services they are seeking.

Casebolt also brings a wealth of knowledge, skills, and abilities to CSTB, including team building, event coordination, interview and resume coaching, marketing strategies, relationship development, nonprofit administration, and teaching.

Casebolt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate & Organization Communication and a Master of Public Administration from Western Kentucky University. Additionally, he is ABD on a Doctor of Public Administration with a concentration in Educational Leadership from Valdosta State University. He also volunteers at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay as a Level 2 Dog Companion.
