CSTB Phase 2 of Reopening Plan

CareerSource Tampa Bay moves to Phase 2 of reopening plan

~Two additional offices will reopen as part of Phase 2~

 

TAMPA, FL – CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB) will move to Phase 2 of the reopening plan effective Monday, June 15, 2020. Phase two includes the reopening of two additional offices to the public located in Brandon and Tampa.

The following CSTB centers will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday starting June 15, 2020:

• Tampa Center located at 9215 North Florida Ave, Suite 101,Tampa, FL 33612.

• Brandon Center located at 9350 Bay Plaza Blvd., Suite 121 Tampa, FL 33619

• Career Prep Center located at 2605 North 43rd Street, Tampa, FL

The following CSTB centers will remain closed until further notice:

• Ruskin Center located at 201 14th Ave SE, Ruskin, FL

• Plant City Center located at 307 North Michigan Avenue, Plant City, FL

Most services will be provided but some programs will still be offered through a virtual platform. A list of programs that will be operated virtually can be found at this link https://bit.ly/3hnmKai Facilities will also increase capacity from 25-percent to 50-percent capacity following COVID 19 local, state and federal safety guidelines. Co-located partners at CSTB locations can begin delivering in-person and group sessions.

Partners will need to continue operating with social distancing. Customers requiring assistance from home can contact the Customer Contact Center Monday through Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. by calling 813-930-7400.

Social distancing guidelines will remain in place, employees will be given personal protection equipment such as face masks. All customers will be required to wear face masks while visiting the facility and sanitize their hands upon entry in the CSTB center. Customers, colocated partners and CSTB staff will also be screened and anyone displaying symptoms of COVID-19, will not be permitted into the building.
