Summer PAYS and Youth Career Exploration By supporting our year-round youth programs, you help us offer valuable career exploration opportunities, workshops, and paid internships for high school students and young adults. Your support fuels engaging learning experiences with local employers, allowing youth to visit businesses and discover various career paths. Our summer youth initiative, Summer PAYS, assists over 675 students each year in developing financial literacy and work readiness skills. Additionally, we support students throughout the year in preparing for GED exams and securing transformative job opportunities, guiding them at every step of their journey.
Career Services Support A contribution to our career services enables members of our community—including veterans, youth, and those re-entering the workforce—to access no-cost career training, coaching, and supportive services such as transportation assistance. By working together, we can create inclusive pathways that foster sustainable and rewarding employment for everyone, ultimately enhancing the economic mobility of individuals and families.
