CANDO Career Connect to Bring Job Seekers and Employers Together During Manufacturing Month 

~Networking mixer will highlight manufacturing careers while connecting Tampa Bay talent with employers across multiple industries.~ 

TAMPA, Fla. — Following the success of the first CANDO Career Connect Professional Networking Mixer in April 2026, CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB) and CANDO, Inc. are partnering to host another networking event connecting local talent with employers across the Tampa Bay region. 

The CANDO Career Connect Professional Mixer will take place on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Jerk Hut Island Grille & Beach Club, 1241 E. Fowler Ave., Tampa, FL 33612.  

Held in honor of Manufacturing Month this October, the event will place a special focus on manufacturing careers and the industry’s impact on the Tampa Bay economy. Job seekers interested in manufacturing and other fields will have the opportunity to connect directly with local employers and industry leaders.  

Event Highlights:  

  • Direct Employer Access: Connect with local employers and explore career opportunities across a variety of industries, including high-demand, high-wage manufacturing careers. 
  • Free Admission: Open to all job seekers and professionals at no cost.  
  • Networking Environment: Build connections with local employers and professionals while enjoying light refreshments.
