CareerSource Tampa Bay Hosts “Unlocking Apprenticeships” Event

~  Businesses are invited to learn directly from experts and see how 

apprenticeships can work for them ~ 

TAMPA, Fla. – CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB) is pleased to announce its next in-person employer information session, “Unlocking Apprenticeships with Supply Chain Automation & FloridaMakes,” on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event will be held at CSTB’s Tampa Center, located at 9215 N. Florida Avenue, Suite 101, Tampa, FL 33612.

The event aims to increase awareness among local employers about the benefits and versatility of apprenticeships. Employers interested in learning more about apprenticeship programs are encouraged to attend.

The session will feature two distinguished guest speakers: Leisa Rasmussen from the Manhattan Strategy Group/Supply Chain Automation Institute and Marcelo Dossantos from FloridaMakes. Both speakers will provide valuable insights into how apprenticeships can be a strategic solution for businesses, offering pathways for talent development and growth.

“Apprenticeships are a powerful tool for building a skilled workforce,” said Karoline Guerrero, CSTB Business Development Manager. “We want to help employers understand how to leverage these programs to meet their specific needs, whether in supply chain, manufacturing, or other key industries.”
