CareerSource Tampa Bay to host Hiring Event for Matrix Composites as company expands in Pinellas County

~ Matrix Composites seeks technicians and production supervisors to join its expanding Clearwater operations ~

TAMPA, FL – CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB) is pleased to announce a hiring event in partnership with Matrix Composites, a leading manufacturer recently relocated from Florida’s East Coast to Largo. The event will take place on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the CareerSource Tampa Bay center located at 2312 Gulf to Bay Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33765.

As Matrix Composites establishes its presence in the region, they are looking to build a robust local team to support their manufacturing operations. This event offers a direct pathway for area job seekers to enter a high-growth industry.

Matrix Composites is actively seeking motivated individuals for several key roles, including:

·         Composite Technicians

·         Production Supervisors

·         Additional support and manufacturing positions
