CareerSource Tampa Bay Partners with Leadership Simplified to Provide Leadership Training to Hillsborough County Residents.
~Program is a virtual one-day Leadership Boot-camp~
TAMPA, FL – CareerSource Tampa Bay is partnering with Leadership Simplified to offer a new one day Mini-Leadership Development Boot-camp to professionals in Hillsborough County who may be looking to enhance or refresh their leadership skills.
Leadership Simplified has helped their past program participants expand on their workplace and business skills, while preparing new leaders for a successful career. The Leadership Development Program has a value of $249, but those who register through CSTB, have the opportunity to complete it for FREE.
The training facilitator will be Doug Van Dyke, a leadership development expert, who has worked with companies such as: American Express, Lockheed Martin, PepsiCo, Nielsen Media Research, Union Pacific Railroad, Humana, and Charter Communications. He has presented many programs enabling professionals to communicate more effectively, lead with a passion, increase their sales, and embrace change, for over 20 years.
The one-day training will be delivered through an online format, and there will be four different sessions held.
All program sessions will be held Virtually from 8:30am – 3:00pm on the following days:
• October 19, 2020
• December 14, 2020
• January 11, 2021
• February 22, 2021

Breaks will be provided during each session. Each session is a first come, first serve basis. The maximum number of participants is 25 per session.

This one day online Virtual Boot-Camp will dive into four fundamental skills that are necessary for every successful leader to have:
• Reliability/Time management
• Communication
• Problem Solving
• Leadership
Program applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria to qualify:
• Must be a Hillsborough County Resident
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
• Selective Service registration (Males Only)
• Income eligibility requirements apply
