National Dislocated Worker Grant

COVID-19 has affected Hillsborough County residents through job loss and decreased income. The need for assistance through local non-profit agencies continues to grow.

If you lost your job or have been economically impacted this year by COVID-19 or general economic conditions, you may be eligible for the National Dislocated Worker Grant. With this grant, you will have the opportunity to earn wages working for a local non-profit agency and get back into the workforce through our Paid Work Experience program.

Participation in the grant includes:

• Earning $15.50 per hour
• Work 25 hours per week
• 12 or 16 week positions available
• Transportation Support Services available
• A dedicated Career Coach to guide you through the program
