Free Coffee & Careers Event Helps Job Seekers Stand Out This Summer
~Attendees can receive resume feedback, professional photos, career coaching, and hands-on virtual reality career exploration. ~
TAMPA, Fla. – CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB) will host Coffee & Careers in Hillsborough County, providing job seekers with resources and support for career exploration, job-search preparation, and career readiness.
This event will take place on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at CSTB’s Tampa Center, located at 9215 N. Florida Avenue, Suite 101, Tampa, FL 33612.
During the event, job seekers will have the opportunity to grab a fresh cup of coffee while accessing a variety of free resources to support their job search:
- Resume Evaluation: One-on-one resume reviews designed to highlight skills and align with employer expectations.
- Virtual Reality Career Exploration: Discover career opportunities through immersive simulations of real-work environments.
- Professional Photos: Photos to help job seekers update their LinkedIn profiles, strengthen job applications, and enhance their professional presence.
- Free Professional Clothing Fittings: An opportunity to access professional attire to support career and employment goals.
All members of the community are invited to attend. Participants are encouraged to register for the event through the CareerSource Tampa Bay website and create an Employ Florida profile prior to the event. CSTB staff will be available on-site to assist with Employ Florida registration and profile creation.
