Job Seekers Can Access Free Career Resources at Upcoming Coffee & Careers Event 

~ CareerSource Tampa Bay Partners with Dress for Success Tampa Bay to Support Job Seeker Success~

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB), in partnership with Dress for Success Tampa Bay, will host Coffee & Careers in Pinellas County, providing job seekers with a comfortable, productive environment to advance their professional journeys. 

The event will take place on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at James B. Sanderlin Family Center, located at 2335 22nd Ave S #1, St. Petersburg, FL 33712.  

During Coffee & Careers, attendees can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee while accessing a variety of free resources from CSTB Career Coaches and team members designed to support job seeker success, including:  

  • Resume Evaluation: One-on-one resume assistance from Career Coaches using industry best practices.  
  • Virtual Reality Career Exploration: Explore different occupations and real-world job environments through interactive simulations.  
  • Professional Photos: Photos to help job seekers update their LinkedIn profiles, strengthen job applications, and enhance their professional presence. 
  • Dress for Success Closet Referrals: Eligible women can receive referrals for professional clothing to help them confidently prepare for interviews and the workplace.  

All community members are invited to attend. Participants are asked to complete a profile on Employ Florida prior to the event. CSTB staff will be available to assist with registration on the day of the event.  

“This event brings together a variety of resources that can help job seekers feel more confident and prepared as they pursue their career goals,” said Madison Harte, Site Administrator at CareerSource Tampa Bay. “Whether it’s exploring career paths through virtual reality, updating a LinkedIn profile with a professional photo, improving a resume, or accessing professional attire, attendees will leave with valuable tools to support their success.”
