Local Youth Invited to Attend ‘Lead the Change Summit’
~Supportive Equity Connections (SEC) of Tampa Bay will bring youth, families, and community leaders together to elevate youth voices and inspire leadership. ~
TAMPA, Fla. — CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB) is encouraging local youth and families to attend the RISE Youth Program’s inaugural Lead the Change Summit, hosted by Supportive Equity Connections (SEC) of Tampa Bay, on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Foundation for a Healthy St. Petersburg, located at 2333 34th St. S., St. Petersburg, FL 33711.
The Lead the Change Summit is designed to provide young people with a space to make their voices heard while bringing youth, families, and community leaders together to discuss issues impacting young people, explore solutions, build meaningful connections, and encourage youth leadership.
Throughout the summit, youth will have opportunities to hear from and connect with community leaders, mentors, and experts while engaging in conversations about challenges and opportunities impacting young people in their communities. The event aims to empower young people to share their perspectives, develop connections, and become active leaders in creating positive change for their communities.
