CareerSource Tampa Bay Participates in Seventh Annual Paychecks for Patriots Job Fair
~ Hiring Fair Connects Florida Veterans with Career Opportunities ~
TAMPA, FL – CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB) will be assisting Veterans and their family members on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at the Paychecks for Patriots Job Fair, a special hiring fair dedicated to connecting quality employers with our local Veterans, Military Spouses, and Military Service Members and their families.
The event will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at CareerSource Tampa Bay, located at 9215 North Florida Avenue Suite 101, Tampa, FL 33612. “We are excited to be a part of this statewide event,” said Maria Suarez with CareerSource Tampa Bay.

The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, the Florida National Guard and the Florida Department of Veterans’ Affairs have partnered with CareerSource Florida regions to connect members of Florida’s military and veteran community with career opportunities through the Paychecks for Patriots hiring event.
This statewide hiring fair addresses the employment needs of veterans by bridging the gap between Florida veteran job seekers and Florida’s job creators. CareerSource Tampa Bay is excited to serve those who have served our country. Through Paychecks for Patriots, companies will be connected with talented, well-trained veterans to join their teams. In the past six years, more than 5,700 of veteran candidates and military family members who participated across the state have gained employment during the Paychecks for Patriot events.
