Welcome to CareerSource Tampa Bay Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)  

Employment and Training.  

For this program, you must have applied for food assistance and must have been referred by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) to CareerSource Tampa Bay to participate in work activities.   

Able Bodied Adults without Dependents (ABAWDs) are required to complete 80 hours per month in mandatory work activities to maintain eligibility.   

Let’s start the work registration process: 

Step 1. 

The first step is to complete the online orientation and assessment by logging on to the One Stop Service Tracking (OSST) client system at https://osstclient.deo.myflorida.com/  to set up your account and complete the orientation and assessment.   

Step 2.  

Schedule an appointment in the One Stop Service Tracking (OSST) tracking system to meet with a career coach to complete your Employment Plan and to be assigned to work activities.  

You may visit one of our centers at any of the times listed below to access a computer and get staff assistance.  Due to limited seating and the anticipated volume of participants, we ask you to please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals will be moved to the next available session.  

Please note that you only have 7 days (from the date on your letter) to complete this first step.  Your benefits will be affected if you don’t complete this step.
