Schedule an appointment in the One Stop Service Tracking (OSST) tracking system to meet with a career coach to complete your Employment Plan and to be assigned to work activities.
You may visit one of our centers at any of the times listed below to access a computer and get staff assistance. Due to limited seating and the anticipated volume of participants, we ask you to please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals will be moved to the next available session.
Please note that you only have 7 days (from the date on your letter) to complete this first step. Your benefits will be affected if you don’t complete this step.
