TAMPA, Fla. – CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB) will host an In-House Recruiting (IHR) event with Bausch + Lomb, a leading global eye health company, to connect job seekers with manufacturing career opportunities on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, in Hillsborough County.  

Bausch + Lomb is hiring for Aseptic Prep Operators, Compounders, Maintenance Leads, Maintenance Technicians, Quality Inspectors and other positions. With more than 20 openings available across all shifts, job seekers will have the opportunity to explore a variety of career opportunities.
