Community Invited to Free Digital Skills Event Hosted by the City of Tampa
~CareerSource Tampa Bay will present practical strategies for managing your online presence while attendees explore AI, privacy, and other digital tools. ~
TAMPA, Fla. — CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB) invites community members to attend the City of Tampa’s Mayor’s Neighborhood University Software Saturday event on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the City Center at Hanna Avenue, 2555 E. Hanna Ave., Tampa, FL 33610. The free event will provide valuable information, resources, and educational sessions designed to help attendees strengthen their digital skills.
During the event, CSTB will be a featured presenter, helping attendees build a stronger professional online presence. CSTB Workshop Instructor Jeff Grau will present “How to Consider Your Online Presence During the Job Search,” sharing practical guidance on how employers evaluate candidates’ digital presence and how to make a positive impression online.
The event will cover additional topics such as protecting personal privacy online, staying connected with City of Tampa government services, using artificial intelligence responsibly, and designing flyers with widely used graphic design platforms such as Canva and Adobe Express. These topics may be especially beneficial for job seekers, individuals exploring new career opportunities, customers looking to strengthen their professional brand, and anyone interested in improving their digital skills.
