The report details CSTB’s performance and regional impact during a transformative year that positioned the organization as the third-largest workforce development board in Florida, representing a labor market of more than 2.5 million potential career seekers. CSTB also maintained its state-evaluated “A” grade, reflecting strong outcomes, fiscal stewardship, and operational excellence.

During PY 2024–2025, CareerSource Tampa Bay achieved the following outcomes across the region:

  • 34,950 individuals engaged
  • 18,613 individuals assisted

The Annual Report highlights the continued impact of CSTB’s job seeker and employer services while documenting progress made following the merger of the former Hillsborough and Pinellas workforce boards. As post-merger operations continue to evolve, CSTB remains focused on expanding regional reach, strengthening employer partnerships, pursuing new and alternative funding sources, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for residents and businesses across Tampa Bay.
